What is your giftware return policy?

Giftware can be returned for a store credit or refund of the purchase price [less shipping/handling costs & a 25% restocking fee]. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A RMA must be issued first before any gift returns will be accepted and all returns must be accepted within 7 days of the original shipping date. We suggest purchasing insurance for items to be returned as we will not be responsible for items lost in the mail.

The following gift-related items cannot be returned:

Sale and/or clearance items

Handmade jewelry or crafts

Limited-edition themed items

Holiday gifts

Gift Baskets and boxes

Wedding/Party Favors

Wedding Invitations & Social Stationery

Candles

Bath & Body items
