What are your hours?

We are in transistion to become primarily an internet-based business. Our showroom is open by appointment only, but the website is open 24/7/365 to accept orders. Our customer service reps are not in front of the computers during that entire time, but feel free to drop us an email and we'll reply as soon as we are able.

~ Please note that Prom & Pageant season (late-December to mid-August) is one of our busiest times of the year and it may take us at least 24 hours to reply to your email or phone message. Please be patient with us and we will reply at our earliest convenience! ~
