Shipping Information:Due to the nature of the apparel that we carry, when available, each manufacturer's completion time estimates are given on each item's descrition page. Some designers do offer a rush service for an additional fee on select items and/or their entire line, which will also be noted on the items options. For items that do not have "in stone" shipping/completion times, please allow a period of up to 3 weeks for these items to be received and sent out.
Shipping and handling fees are non-negotiable as they are pre-set by both UPS and USPS and not by our company. International buyers, please see our International Sales Policies (below) before placing your order.
(Return to Top)Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:As is customary in the bridal/formal wear industry, all apparel purchases are final to include: bridal, pageant, prom, special occasion, lingerie & casual apparel purchases as well as any other wearable items.Due to the fact that every item we carry is ordered directly from the respective designer and also that several of the gowns/dresses we offer are not made until we receive your order, we cannot accomodate any returns, exchanges or refunds on any of our apparel purchases. Each item's individual description page includes that designer's size chart - it is necessary that you follow this chart so that the correct size is ordered and received. This policy includes: bridal gowns, prom gowns/dresses, cocktail dresses, evening gowns, Mother's apparel, Quinceanera/debutante gowns, flower
girl dresses, tuxedoes [rental & sale for men & boys], bridesmaids' dresses, shoes by Nine West, Mootise Tootsies, Starlight, Coloriffics, Dessy, Grandco & Dyeables, veils, tiaras/headpieces, wedding / holiday / special event invitations, reception accessories, favors & stationery, and anything else that is special event or apparel related.
It is important that you measure yourself properly and also to take into account that most special occasion apparel will require some sort of alterations to get the perfect fit. While we understand that it is sometimes hard to gain a clear idea about how a particular outfit would look on you, we have provided each outfit's designer-supplied description as well as their size charts for your convenience on every item's page. Please be sure that you have had your measurements taken before you place your order on any of the special occasion or bridal apparel as we cannot change an order once it is received. If you are still unsure about a particular outfit's sizing or colors, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you with finding the perfect gown for your special event!
Giftware can be returned for a store credit or refund of the purchase price [less shipping/handling costs & a 25% restocking fee]. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A RMA must be issued first before any gift returns will be accepted and all returns must be accepted within 7 days of the original shipping date. We suggest purchasing insurance for items to be returned as we will not be responsible for items lost in the mail.

Important Time Line Information for all Orders:
Please allow the following time lines for production purposes of certain items available on our website and through our boutique as these items are individually constructed by hand at the time that your item is placed. These time lines will ensure that your item[s] are of the highest quality available and that you will be more than pleased at the craftsmanship when you open your packages.
Formal Wear/Bridal Gowns ~ Each designer's time lines are listed on the descriptive page for every gown, including any rush production option time lines. There are also size charts for each designer on every gown's page. Please note that these time lines are approximate estimates for the production time necessary by each designer before they have these items to us and may not reflect any possible shipping or customs delays nor will it reflect any ordering delays [such as: not all orders received on time for your attendants, etc.].
Shoes by Dyeables ~ The production times for each shoe is listed on every page, as well as information on available dyeing, delivery, and shipping options.
Handmade Jewelry ~ Please allow a construction period of up to 10 business days before shipment
Gift Baskets, Floral Arrangements & Candy Bouquets ~ Please allow a construction period of up to 5 business days before shipment. Bulk & Corporate Orders will require a construction period of no more than 14 working days for completion and readiment for shipment, with more time required as needed for extremely large quantities and during peak holiday seasons. All sales are final on our gift baskets, bath & body products, artwork, handmade jewelry, and miscellaneous on-sale gift items since many of these are individually made to order and cannot be changed once the order is placed. If you have any questions about our custom orders, please be sure to contact our sales team via email or by phone and we will make sure that your shopping experience is a perfect one before you commit to purchase! Please note: We reserve the right to substitute items within our baskets that have become unavailable from the manufacturer/supppliers with similar items of equal value while still keeping with the overall theme and quality of the basket chosen.
These time requirements will allow us to produce the highest quality items for your pleasure and expectations, as we want you to be completely satisfied with your items. Handmade Jewelry & Gourmet Gift orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays will not be sent for processing until the immediate Tuesday following the order day as our ordering offices are closed on Saturday, Sunday & Monday. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING INTERNATIONAL /
NON-U.S. SALES
We are happy to fill orders from outside the United States! We always welcome the opportunity to meet new friends around the globe as well as have the pleasure of doing business with you, but please be aware of our store policies in regards to purchases made from citizens outside the United States. [International sales DO include purchases by citizens of Canada and Mexico. If your address is not within the 50 States, then you are an International Buyer!]
We regularly ship to international buyers via USPS Global Priority/ Express Mail, USPS Global Air Parcel Post, UPS Atandard to Canada/Mexico and UPS Global Express Mail. The rates quoted are based on these shipping companies' actual rates and are not determined by us nor can they be changed. We ask that you do not ask if we will change these amounts as they are set in stone by the shipping companies and thereby are non-negotiable. We will under NO circumstances tamper with the details recorded on the customs forms as this is a criminal offense. Purchased items are required to be declared at the actual retail value to be recorded with the Dept. of Commerce and will not be declared "as a gift of lesser value" for any reason - no exceptions.
It is the buyer's responsibility to know what the import taxes/postage tariffs/ custom fees are for their country and to pay them in full accordingly.
Depending on which country you are ordering from, your home country might charge additional duties or other import related taxes to your order. Since every country has its own system we cannot keep track of them all. Your country could also impose any other additional duties or taxes that we have no way of estimating because it is different for every country and item, as well as beyond our power to change. YOU are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may be incurred. Our shipping methods/rates are designed to deliver the package to your local carrier - it does NOT include your country's customs fees. The postal/customs broker will contact you via the phone number on your order to inform you of the customs fees/taxes and setup the payment and delivery. If you are displeased with the final fees once your item arrives, please DO NOT contact us in an attempt to be re-compensated for having to pay your country's necessary fees as these fees are to be expected by you, the buyer, if you plan on shipping any items into your country. Be aware that paying your shipping fee does not negate you from the responsibility of having to pay your customs & VAT fees - these are completely separate and unrelated to the postage fees and are mandatory charges imposed by your country.
In addition, if your package arrives and you refuse to pay your appropriate fees and/or other duties imposed by your country's postal system/customs brokerage house, and your item ends up being returned to us; you are not entitled to any sort of a refund for any funds paid to us. We are charged for every refused package sent through international mail therefore your refusal to accept your rightful import/customs fees due upon your package's arrival in your country negates your right to any sort of a refund.
If any refunds are granted, it will be at our sole discretion and only upon A) safe receipt of the item to our offices, and B) after we have paid the return shipping and international refusal fees. On these rare occasions when a refund may be granted, it will only be for a small portion of the item's purchase price [before any initial shipping fees].
