Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of the items that we carry and as standard within the speciality formal wear and casual apparel industry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any apparel purchases. This also includes footwear, swim/beach apparel, intimates/lingerie, and any apparel-related accessories. All jewelry and wedding accessory sales are also final due to health/sanitary concerns.

This policy also extends to orders placed within our physical location or for special requests for us to locate items that are marked on the website as "Not In Stock" (ie: You placed the order by phone or paid through a PayPal invoice). Orders that have been placed for sizes/colors that are out of stcok by the respective designers - particularly in the cases of Prom & Pageant dresses - that the buyer is given a choice of switching to a different size or color in order to receive an item in time for an upcoming event or wear date also are non-returnable. By accepting an alternative or "replacement" item, you are accepting the normal terms of sale as we do not send out any alternate items without YOUR permission and agreement.
